Sidekick Gives Back
At Sidekick Homes, our mission is to work with homeowners to create additional housing that is integrated into neighborhoods and benefits communities. Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles (Habitat LA) shares a similar mission to build homes, communities, and hope. This year, we are excited to combine our efforts to host a Volunteer Build Day Event in the Fall of 2021!
Last year, Habitat LA constructed a new 10-home build site in the Washington Neighborhood of Long Beach as part of their Neighborhood Revitalization Program. This year, the Los Angeles County generously donated land to Habitat LA for a new project. Your donations and our volunteer build day will help Habitat LA complete this project in Los Angeles.
This will be an occasion to build our team relationships and meet new people while strengthening our community by building safe, decent, and affordable housing. We will be learning different skills, advocating for affordable housing solutions, and helping to make homeownership possible for low-income, hardworking families and individuals in our community.
Please join us by donating to make these homes a reality!

Since May of 2009 the entire Keller Williams company – from the U.S. and Canada to their family abroad – sets aside the second Thursday of May each year to Renew, Energize, and Donate within the communities they serve with their Annual Red Day Event.
KW has poured into their communities in support of those who have poured into KW in a number of ways such as initiating service projects like building new homes from the ground up, gathering and distributing food to those who need it, organizing relief efforts when a natural disaster hits, and even spreading joy and raising funds as only KW can when life takes an unexpected turn.
On May 13, 2021 members of the Sidekick Homes Team joined Keller Williams Beach Cities and Keller Williams South Bay for their Annual Red Day Event. This year's event was a beach clean-up in the community of Manhattan Beach. We showed our support as a sponsor company by setting up a booth stocked with healthy snacks and refreshments to keep all the volunteers fed and hydrated throughout the day. The Sidekick Team also jumped right in and worked shoulder to shoulder with the KW Teams to get the local area beaches cleaned up!
It was a great day all around filled with teambuilding, getting to know the Keller Williams Beach Cities and South Bay Teams, and most importantly, giving back to the community and helping the environment.
